What we don't get is why a contest slated to end the 21st wouldn't end at midnight of that date or why anyone would just pick a time out of the air like 9:56. I suggest your next contest have an official ending time that at least makes sense. Also I think people should have to at least login to vote. That would give Yahoo more business. Win win....
